Upload Your Logo

Logo dimensions, file formats, transparent backgrounds, and where it appears across the site.

Your logo is the most prominent brand element on the site. It appears in the header on every page, in transactional emails, in Open Graph share images, and on customer order receipts. Get this right early.

Where to upload

In your raffle admin, go to <your-slug>.turboit.uk/admin/brand. The Logo field accepts a file upload directly — drop your file into the zone or click to browse.

The file is uploaded to our Cloudflare R2 bucket at tenants/<your-slug>/logo-<timestamp>.<ext> and the URL is written into your tenant_config.logo_url column. Changes appear on the storefront within seconds because we keep brand config in CF KV with no cache layer in front.

Recommended specifications

  • Format: SVG preferred (vector, crisp at any size). PNG with transparent background works too — use 2x dimensions for retina-ready output.
  • Minimum height: 200 px for raster (PNG). Header renders at ~48 px on mobile, ~64 px on desktop.
  • Aspect ratio: wider-than-tall reads best in the header (e.g. 3:1 or 4:1). A square logo crops awkwardly.
  • Colour: the storefront sits on a dark background by default. Submit a logo that reads well on dark — either light fill, or a logo with strong contrast that works on either.
  • File size:< 100 KB. SVG is usually under 5 KB; an optimised PNG should be under 50 KB.

Where your logo appears

  • Site header (every page)
  • Footer (smaller, monochrome version if you provide one — single-logo for now)
  • Transactional emails (order confirmation, win notification)
  • Open Graph share images (auto-generated)
  • The favicon — derived from the same image; we’ll re-render the favicon when you save a new logo

If you don’t have a logo yet

Until you upload one, the site renders the brand name as wordmark text using your primary colour. This is genuinely fine for a soft launch — many of our tenants ran wordmark-only for their first weeks while a designer finalised a logo. The site won’t look broken.

Need a designer? We have a short list — email info@turboit.ukand we’ll introduce you.
